However, living a good life is not about money and not about the big things. Half of the people were told to spend the money on themselves. So to make sure you have a much better chance of changing a habit or area of your life change just one thing at a time. The same can be said for people who are happy with their sex lives — they are happier overall than people with less-than-satisfactory sex lives.
That's all it takes to start living the happiest life there is. Most people feel like living a mediocre life because they are not doing anything about their dreams and goals.
